Your membership covers 2 adults and children under 18. Any other adults traveling must join as new members.

Home Stay Travel

A 5 Night Minimum is Required for a Home Stay.

Note: After 30 nights, the cost is only $20 per night and the host receives $10 in credits for each night.

Booking Fee and Billing Policy
A $5 booking fee (domestic and international) is charged for each host stayed with, regardless of the length of stay. Prior to booking your trip, we need to have a valid credit card number and expiration date on file. Once we confirm a host for you, we will notify you with their phone number so you can work out arrival details. We will then bill your credit card and mail you a statement. All travel is billed by either Master Card of Visa. We cannot accept checks for travel.

Cancellation Fees
Your trip is confirmed when we have obtained a host you requested. We will then contact you with the host's name and phone number. If you cancel after we have gotten a host for you, there will be cancellation fees. It is important to contact both our member services staff and your host. We can be reached at 800-956-4822 and a message can be left at any time. Once a stay has been confirmed with you, all cancellations are charged the $5 booking fee (domestic and international) plus $4.00 night (domestic and international). If a trip is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (7 days notice for international), you will also be charged for the first night, in addition to the usual fees.

Membership Dues and Benefits
Your membership entitles you and your immediate family (partner and children under 18) to use both the B&B and Home Stay features of the network. The price for a family membership is $36 a year (from the date you join) plus a one-time $10 non-refundable initiation fee. Dues are payable by check or Mastercard or Visa.
